Terms and Conditions

Our garments are made to order, and each is one of a kind. No two garments are exactly alike. Please allow for the order to be processed and produced, which can take 2- 3 weeks, prior to shipment, depending on the garment.

We’ll gladly accept unworn and unwashed merchandise purchased on www.denimcratic.com for an exchange. We do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. All exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original ship date.
